Enrollment Process

Your Family’s SJ23 Journey Starts Here…

Thank you for considering St. John XXIII Catholic School! We welcome applications for Preschool through 8th Grade throughout the year, with enrollment subject to availability. Students of all races and ethnic backgrounds are welcome.

Enrollment Guidelines

Preschool (K3): Children must be three years old. Enrollment is not available after the start of the third trimester unless the child is new to the school district.
Prekindergarten (K4): Children must be four years old on or before September 1 of the school year for which they are enrolling.
Kindergarten–8th Grade: Students may transfer to SJ23 at any time during the school year, space permitting.

A Shadow Day gives your child the opportunity to meet potential classmates, experience our school day, and discover what it means to be part of the SJ23 community.

Complete Your Enrollment Materials

STEP TWO

To begin the enrollment process, please complete the following forms and provide the required documents:

Continuous Enrollment Agreement: Once your child is enrolled at SJ23, their enrollment continues automatically from year to year until they graduate from 8th Grade or are formally withdrawn. Continuous enrollment reduces annual paperwork and saves time for families and school staff.

New Student Profile
Copy of your child’s birth certificate
Copy of your child’s baptismal certificate, if applicable
Immunization Record

You will also need to set up a FACTS account for tuition billing and payments.

Application Fee: A $200 non-refundable application fee per family is applied toward tuition and billed directly to your FACTS account on May 1.

Transportation

Bus service is available for SJ23 students living within the school district. Please contact Johnson Bus Company at 262-284-5330 directly for bus arrangements and fee information.
