The Palms Are Calling…

St. John XXIII Catholic School is excited to announce our 27th Annual Key Event: Havana Nights, taking place on March 13, 2027. The Key Event is our signature annual fundraiser, bringing together families, friends, alumni, community members, and supporters for an unforgettable evening of dinner, entertainment, auctions, raffles, and this year, plenty of Havana-inspired fun.

Whether you join us for the celebration or support us from afar, your involvement makes a difference. The funds raised through The Key Event directly support St. John XXIII Catholic School, helping us provide meaningful opportunities for our students, support our dedicated staff, and strengthen the educational experience we are proud to offer. We invite you to be part of Havana Nights by attending, donating an auction item or financial gift, or becoming an event sponsor. There are many ways to support our school, and every contribution helps us continue to make a difference for our students.

EVENT DETAILS: The Key Event – Havana Nights will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2027, in downtown Port Washington, WI. Nearly 250 guests will gather for an exciting evening of celebration, community, and fundraising—all while enjoying a unique opportunity to connect with families, alumni, local businesses, and friends of St. John XXIII. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a night out, showcase your business, donate an item or experience, or simply support Catholic education, we hope you’ll find a way to be part of Havana Nights.

How You Can Get Involved:

• Attend – Join us for an unforgettable Havana-inspired evening filled with dinner, entertainment, auctions, raffles, and fun. Bring your friends, family, coworkers, or clients and celebrate with us!
• Contribute – Donate an item, experience, gift basket, or service to our Silent or Live Auction. Your donation gives guests something exciting to bid on while helping raise funds for our school.
• Donate – Make a financial contribution to directly support St. John XXIII Catholic School and the students and staff who make our school special.
• Sponsor – Partner with us at one of our featured sponsorship levels and receive recognition while making a meaningful investment in Catholic education and our school community. Sponsorship opportunities can be found on the following page.
• Support from Afar – Can’t attend the event? You can still make a difference! Consider making a financial gift, donating an auction item, or becoming a sponsor. You don’t have to be in the room to be part of the impact.
