Raffle Calendars For Sale

We are bringing back the Raffle Calendar for the 25-26 School Year! This raffle has the potential to generate a great profit for our school, but only if we reach our goal of selling 500+ Calendars. We kindly ask for your participation in helping sell these calendars to meet our goal.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Calendars are $20 each and are sold August 1, 2025 – December 19, 2025 
• Sales cannot be accepted after 3:30 PM on December 19th
• 6-MONTH CALENDAR WINNER PAYOUT DETAILS:

• • Total of $3,475 to be paid out to winners
  • January 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026
    • $25 (Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
    • $100 (New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s & Father’s Day)
    • $50 (Every Sunday)

WAYS TO SELL:

• Family Members (near & far)
• After Mass/Parish Members
• As Gifts (Perfect for Stocking Stuffers!)
• Door to Door (Neighbors/Community Members)

SOLD TICKET DROP-OFF:

• Ticket stubs and money should be dropped off at the School Office or the Parish Office.
• Additional Calendars can be picked up at the School or Parish Offices.

Calendar Summary

  • Checks can be made payable to St. John XXIII Catholic School (Attn: Raffle Calendar) or Cash can be brought to the Parish or School Office.

Payout Details:

• A total of $3,475 to be paid out to winners (6 MONTH RAFFLE CALENDAR)
  • • January 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026
      • $25 (Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
      • $100 (New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s & Father’s Day)
      • $50 (Every Sunday)
• Winners will receive a check via the mailing address provided on your ticket stub
• Need not be present to win
  • Drawing will take place at St. John XXIII Catholic School Office (1802 N. Wisconsin Street | Port Washington, WI., 53074) each prize morning at 9:00 AM.
• Winning Tickets are re-entered after each drawing
  • You can win multiple times!
